My name is Ethan Avila and I am a trombonist from Port Orange, Florida. I graduated from Stetson University in May 2022 with a Bachelor's in Music Performance. As an undergraduate, I studied under David Schmidt while performing in Stetson’s Symphonic Band, Symphony Orchestra, and Trombone Choir. I’m a current member of Southern Winds and have performed with The Florida Orchestra and Florida’s Intercollegiate Band. My approach to the trombone focuses heavily on fundamentals. I believe a strong foundation will provide the student with the necessary tools for success. Each lesson is tailored to the students’ needs, desires, and goals. At Bravery Music, I’m determined to help you or your child improve as a low brass player and musician.
