Adonna Lucas

Education: Louisiana College, BM Organ Performance; Louisiana College, BA Flute concentration; New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, MCM Organ concentration I am Adonna Lucas, a music teacher of 27 years, a piano/flute instructor, and church organist. I have had the privilege of studying piano with Mary Crump and flute with Peter Shanahan. A highlight of my teaching has been directing a flute ensemble that toured in Hungary and Slovakia.
I am committed to helping students build a solid musical foundation. Lessons are designed to meet their needs, and goals and incorporate some of their preferences. I desire to inspire students of all ages to create wonderful music.
